These terms set out the agreement between you and MiraiMind AI. Please read them before using the service.

Terms and conditions in full

  1. Agreement. These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and MiraiMind AI covering your use of miraiminde.com and everything offered through it.
  2. Acceptance. By opening, browsing or using MiraiMind AI you confirm that you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, stop using the service.
  3. Eligibility. You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your country of residence.
  4. Age verification. We may take reasonable steps to confirm age and may suspend access where a user appears to be underage.
  5. Description of service. MiraiMind AI provides entertainment through conversation with fictional companion characters presented on the website.
  6. Fictional nature. All companions are invented. Names, ages, locations, photographs and biographies are creative material and do not represent real people.
  7. No professional advice. Nothing said within MiraiMind AI is medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.
  8. Emergencies. MiraiMind AI is not an emergency service. If you or somebody else is at risk, contact local emergency services immediately.
  9. Account responsibility. You are responsible for activity carried out under your access credentials and for keeping them confidential.
  10. Accurate information. Information you provide when using the service must be accurate and must not impersonate another person.
  11. Acceptable use. You agree not to use MiraiMind AI for anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory or otherwise harmful.
  12. Prohibited content. You must not submit content involving minors, non-consensual acts, violence, illegal goods, malware or the personal data of third parties.
  13. No scraping. Automated collection, scraping, crawling for reproduction, or bulk extraction of MiraiMind AI content is not permitted.
  14. No reverse engineering. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise derive the underlying workings of the service.
  15. Service integrity. Interfering with the operation of MiraiMind AI, probing its security or attempting unauthorised access is strictly forbidden.
  16. Intellectual property. The MiraiMind AI name, design, written characters, images, layout and code are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by law.
  17. Limited licence. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use MiraiMind AI for your own private entertainment.
  18. User submissions. You retain ownership of what you write, and you grant us the limited right to process it as needed to operate and improve the service.
  19. Content moderation. We may review, restrict or remove content that appears to breach these terms or applicable law.
  20. Third-party services. Parts of the experience may rely on third-party providers whose own terms apply to their portion of the service.
  21. External links. Links from MiraiMind AI to other websites are provided for convenience only and do not amount to an endorsement.
  22. Pricing and payments. Where paid options are offered, prices, billing intervals and inclusions are shown before purchase and must be accepted by you to take effect.
  23. Renewals. Any recurring plan renews automatically until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
  24. Refunds. Digital services are delivered immediately, so refunds are granted only where required by applicable consumer law or at our discretion.
  25. Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes or duties that apply to your purchase in your jurisdiction.
  26. Availability. MiraiMind AI is provided on an as-available basis and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.
  27. Changes to the service. Features, characters and content may be added, altered or withdrawn at any time without individual notice.
  28. Suspension and termination. We may suspend or close access where these terms are breached, where the law requires it, or where continued use would harm other users.
  29. Termination by you. You may stop using MiraiMind AI at any time and request closure of your account.
  30. Disclaimer of warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  31. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiraiMind AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
  32. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify MiraiMind AI against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
  33. Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control.
  34. Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  35. Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and MiraiMind AI.
  36. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of establishment of the operator, without regard to conflict of law rules.
  37. Changes to these terms. We may revise these terms; the revision date is shown at the top of the page and continued use signals acceptance.
